We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain intimate apparel and accessories are final sale unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Return Process

  Print Shipping Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your parcel.

  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
